It can finally be told…my YA debut is coming out next spring from Arthur Levine/Scholastic, and I am so excited!

And I wrote that squee after I had just read the book description. But I love your travel description!!

Where is the city with the eyes? Is it real? It reminds me of 'the eyes of the city are opening now, it's the end of the dream' from a song by Al Stewart.

Thanks! It is real-- it's street art from Sao Paulo, and a lot of my novel involves street art. There is no better place in the world to admire it, too.
