Move to New Mexico. Except you can't surf here. But you could surely be a bum if you wanted to. Not a beach bum. Just a regular one.

Hahaha, well my family could tell you that I am very good at being a bum. Not a beach bum though? You have lots of sand in New Mexico. There must be a beach somewhere around there... :P

Well, since i have never surfed, for all I know it sucks. And you do have that wonderful green chili there.
