So is Thor about the Asgard?
I heard they died out as a species and gave their technology away to keep the ori from getting it.

This Thor is a bit taller if a bit less intelligent also. Both versions though have him as an alien.

Congratulations on the move, and on the decluttering. I know that isn't an easy thing to do, especially for a member of our family. Sorry about the window crack.

I miss having immediate access to your movie reviews. Thanks for giving me a head start on my summer movie plans! I'd been skeptical about Thor (not least because I'm not familiar with the comic series), but I really like the massive 3D Thor's hammer that they have at our movie theater. My students tell me Pirates 4 is the best so far because there's no whatshisface or whatsherface, Bloom & the girl.

I don't think I've ever seen someone use chunks and expultant in the same sentence. If you enjoyed the ensuing notes, you may enjoy www.passiveaggressivenotes.com.

There's not really anything you need to know about the comic series before seeing it, most anything relevant to the plot Kenneth will explain to you. The movie itself is a version yet unseen in comics anyway. I was worried the earth parts would be less interesting for me but they do an excellent job of mixing that with plenty of S.H.I.E.L.D. intrigue and abundent amounts of humour so it flows smoothly. Part of what I liked about it was all the screen time Clark Gregg gets. He's had minor roles in the Iron Mans (that weird to type). If you liked them btw that's a good indication of how Thor will do for you. Anyway I've liked Gregg since he had a recurring role on the West Wing and I found out later that he attended (but didn't finish at) OWU. woot. I let you in on a joke by telling you that in the original Thor comics there was a mortal alter ego (who found mjolnir and became Thor, etc.) by the name of Dr. Donald Blake. Jane Seymour was actually his love interest ( ... )
