Well I would say probably smoking cigarettes because you can get all kinds of diseases from it...lung cancer, lung collapse, throat cancer..and alot more where that came from while with smoking weed your brain cells just get fucked up.

In the end of it all....they both do alot of damage but id say ciggarettes.
