I like writing on paper which is on top of a pile of other papers. I don't like writing on paper that is directly on the desk. Often I will grab nearby papers to create a stack on which to write ( Read more... )

I've found making phone calls gets easier over time. I still rehearse before hand, but I don't stress nearly as much anymore.
