Reflection and introspection

There are some thoughts in my head that seem to be congealing into something articulable and complete.  This seems to be a good place to write those down.

My sister loves tiaras, she used to wear them around Disney.

I vote for yoga, I love it! Also, tabatas (short intervals, google it, or I can expand if needed), they can be done with numerous exercises and really get you moving in a short time.

As someone who not only tends to turn their stress into pain but also who tends to block that pain until I would get cranky and then finally realize why ... it is always good to constantly remind yourself to stop and look at yourself and your world and take 5 minute stock of where you are at, and note that fact. Then, if needed, do whatever you can to cause positive change. Sometimes, just training yourself to stop and say, "wait, what am I doing and how do I feel" is the hard point, keep trying ... you CAN DO IT!

You're on your way, and you can never go wrong with a tiara.

I was going to go on at more length, but it was yucky and preachy, so I'll simply say be grateful for the small stuff. Take joy in doing good things. You reap what you sow. Stay positive, and it will come back to you.
