we buried great uncle sid today. he was a right bugger, but we loved him dearly. i didn't really see him that much over the last few years, but i used to visit him a lot when i was little and he was great fun...totally eccentric and full of beans and nothing would stop him from travalling the world with my great aunt mavis and getting up to ( Read more... )

yeah it was really funny watching him arsing around on camera - it's exactly the sort of thing i do. he always changed the rules of games in his favour and when he played crazy golf he would kick his ball into the hole syaing it was close enough to be counted - but of course no-one else's ever was!

aww thanks babe. you can give me slugs on friday. i have told dan, but he'll have forgotten by now - i'm going to be turning up relaly late cause i have to work a close shift on friday, provided all hell doesn't break loose i should be there by about 2am - gonna catch a taxi. there's also a chance my friend kat will be getting there before me so she'll be looking out for you guys if she does....

Don't be sad Lue, just be thankful that you knew someone this cool and fun loving to give you a bit of inspiration to do the same, i hope we're all arsing around when we're in our 80's too, i'm sure some of us will.
