Just when life appeared to be going really well, what with the new job and the house and all I go and slip a disk. Yesterday afternoon, not doing anything in particular I was overcome by immense pain and was stuck not being able to move until Lorraine came to help

Poor you. Back problems are the worst.

I'm off work this week doing last minute preparations for my exam on thursday afternoon.

Maybe I can pop up and see you on the weekend if you've got no plans.

It will be lovely to see you if you can pop over. I don't have many plans, at least I don't now. I may go for a few walks round the block if I'm feeling mobile enough by then.

I am more mobile today than yesterday. Lying all night on a magnetic pad scertainly seems to have helped loads. I'm off out for a walk now to keep mobile, walking up and down the hallway is boring me now, as is daytime TV.
