Sneezing with a slipped disk is absolute agony

I know how Mat must have felt after moving house with all the dust stirred up and a bad back now. I either have a cold this morning or I have found an allergy. Every time I sneeze it reminds me that I am alive and it really is not pleasant. Must keep away from dust and other allergy provocing things. It was absolute agony on Synday night/Monday morning before I got the drugs from the doctor. I couldn't get out of bet at all. I'm pretty mobile again now though, just have a bit of bother sitting and standing back up again. I'm OK once in either position, just the transition is a pain.
