I will write this as if I have no one who will read... ^^ (which probably true)...
Besing transferred to probably one of the busiest divisions in any organization has its minus and plus...
Plus: New activities, new routines, new knowledge, new habits... no complains absolutely in those departments since I trully needed it... the change, I mean... I was tooooooo long being in one division that I got too comfortable and so many things that I still reluctantly even to write here, so yeah...
Not really minus but yeah this couldn't be in a plus categories: My superior is also still learning the job since the person is also just got promoted to the position sooooo... and the person is known to be a slow person... and needed to be always to be told to hasten up .... OMG! this is going to be challenging for me... but let's see... if we can work that out... I think we will be fine...
Minus: My God! I now have at least 5 days after 9 p.m. clockout time each month (and this is only my second month).... T T and almost not 5:00 or 5:30 p.m. clockout ... and I tell you, this new routine is rather hard ... haha... but I find a new excuse to help me get use to it... yes! FREELETICS!
This new exercise is PLAIN CRAZY!!... We have 4 days routine a week Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday, Wednesday is free... the first day I joined, the trainer made us do Jumping jacks, then Push-up (male push-up) and I can only do 3 hahaha, Squat, Burpee (i can only do 2), Lunges and Bicycles... we had two sessions of those and OMG! the next day, I couldn't even lift my arms to have my baths ... hahahaha... my upper body hurt all over. When I asked my friends who have joined before me, they said that bounded to happen to all, so I was fine with it but in the second time, I have not able to do push-up and burpee at all.... well, the trainer said it was fine, so I did other routines but those.
Surprisingly after a day not training on Wednesday, when we were back on Thursday I was able to do 4 push-ups and 4 burpees... and my arms were not really a bother anymore so yeah... I was so happy and intended to continue with the training ... but alas... I fell ill and unable to join all week last week :( ...
but I don't plan on quitting though... I will do it all over again on Monday... I am curious of what I can do and how far I can do it ... ^^ so I wish myself luck ... hehehehe....
