using ACE hurts your karma, period!

... that said, yeah, good prof will get good attendance no matter what. and students who don't know better, frankly speaking, can go sleep/drink/videogame themselves to fail in either case

it depends on which universities you attended

some have great lectures and are interested in their students

it is just the universities you attended have bad teachers and don't value their students
