Sounds good for your friend. I hope that all works out! Some people just turn things like sexual harassment into a big joke. >.>

And welcome to LJ! Now I don't have to speak to you every few months and try to play catch up each time. :) Glad you're here~

Yes, it really is a joke. We had breakfast today with my friend since the trial for today was cancelled (the judge was sick), and their charge is laughable, especially since all of the witnesses presented by the prosecution ignore the fact that he walked out of the church gym *with one of the other leaders* who watched the whole thing, and yet some of the witnesses publically testified that there were no other adults in the room at all. What's really made me mad with this is that the local newspaper ran a *front-page* story after part one of the trial that presented only the point of view of the witnesses, and then not even accurately. So my friend's had his name slandered to the whole community because of some crappy newspaper. His parents, who are conservative and soft-spoken, are just devastated by that, and he was clearly having a rough day.

Anyway, I'm done ranting about this. Nice to see you on my LJ Aero~ Although this is *not* an excuse for not talking to me ;)
