“Those who can, do; those who can't, teach.”

Even though I know now that I'll never be a formal teacher (museum education is another matter!), every time I hear/see this phrase, I CRINGE. It's like nails on a chalkboard.

Having been through the 'teaching university' and the 'research/big-name (in its field)' university, give me the one where people actually want to be teachers instead of "doing" any day. And guess what? I learned a hell of a lot more from my professors who loved to teach, too.

So, GOOD LUCK! And keep writing about it!
