Hoong Dul is red bean - often confused with the adzuki bean, but far superior ;) Makes red bean paste for red bean buns or red bean pancakes :)

Is that at Bobbi's Pole Studio in Sydney? THe pink kinda reminds me that's where I did my course... fuck it's hard work, how the hell you do it with one paw I am gobsmacked - with all due respect - I couldn't manage it at all! Three lessons I gave up, bruises on my bruises!!!!
