Maybe better just stop use MF? If you uploaded many stuff in the past (and you are) it's better keep them alive. ^^ If you will not log in for a long time, MF will automaticaly delete your files, and even if they suspend your acc, it's not that dangereous, I think.

MF deleted many of my "FNS Kayosai" files because of copyright... therefore I thought it's better to delete the account...

I just think if not all files was deleted, then don't worry. Just don't use it. It's better than if people will ask to re-upload, not all people can download from CB or fimilar with chinese sites, even if it's not hard.
On smap-fandom, girl got warn that her acc under supervision, but that was all. After sometime it's gone. She don't use MF, but files still here and people can download.
