Any idea what your insurance is? I know BCBS makes it pretty easy to look up doctors based on needs though it sounds like you're just looking for a PCP?

Sorry about the (hopefully just a) migraine!! That totally sucks.

If you're having trouble choosing a PCP I'd advise going on your insurance website and browsing them by location. Pick somebody who's got an office at the hospital you'd be going to for tests. Then it's more "one stop shopping." I had a PCP at Newton Wellesley while I was living near there and it was great, all my doctors were in the same place (and that place was one T stop from my apt) and they were actually good at communicating with each other.
