Thanksgiving!

I will be celebrating Thanksgiving this weekend. It is the time to give thanks...and eat DAMNED amounts of food, that's right DAMNED.

Anyway, I am going to be pigging out on all sorts of baked goods and cooked items. I wanted to know;

What was the last thing you baked?

I baked me some pizza!

May I ask why you are celebrating Thanksgiving this weekend?

Last thing I baked:

Homemade cheesecake topped with strawberries (after it cooled down).

Because in Canada, Thanksgiving falls on the second Monday of October unlike in America, where it is celebrated on the fourth Thursday.

I have never had homemade cheese cake and that, my dear, sounds delicious!

It's easy to make! You have to use cream cheese and sugar and some butter.
