Hacking fraud sites is a) moral and b) illegal, and the official response from The Man is "All I really know is the stories of vigilantism ending well are few and far between." Actually, that's from a security expert. But he's obviously authoritarian. Piece of the man! Piece of the man!
Thought I'd bring this to the attention of someone who blogs and who pays attention to this sort of thing?

On a more serious note, I would be more dismissive of the anti-vigilante crowd, but on the other hand, lets face it, there are some pretty stupid, immature, dumbass hackers out there.
But the response here seems kind of lackluster...their actions are illegal, but morally sound? That's the kind of response that makes me think these people are secretly glad that someone is doing something, because they know they can't.
But yeah...those wild west comparisons are pretty stupid.
