Shinn has a nightmare about Stellar, Meyrin, and Athrun, and wakes up. He's been told by Rey not to show his weakness again. In the next morning, Shinn, and Rey are given a medal of honor of FAITH, and Dullindal explains why they both got it. After the celebration, Luna, Shinn, and Rey excuse themselves, before they leave Talia to congratulate Shinn. After that, Talia is asked by Dullindal why she's not saying one congratulatory word to Shinn and Rey. Talia, who seems reluctant to talk, then excuses herself. Dullindal then follows Talia to the hallway, and tries to make Talia speak about his decision to promote Shinn and Rey. Talia, with a poker face, said she wants to say many things but because its a worthless thing she prefers to be quiet. She then asks Dullindal to leave her alone. Dullindal sighs. Talia continues that she still doesn't agree with the order to shoot Meyrin and Athrun down, and at that moment Rey tells Lunamaria and Shinn to get away from Dullindal's and Talia's sight (?). When Dullindal was about to answer, he was informed from Carpentaria base that Djbril is in ORB, and there was a photograph of Djbril with Jona and Unato. Shinn and Luna and Rey also listen to this information in the stairs, and when they hear Djbril is in ORB, Shinn seems shocked.

Cagalli is shocked that Djbril was given shelter by the Seirans. Kisaka spoke to Cagalli and the AA bridge crew, telling them that ZAFT was also going to Onogoro from Carpentaria. Elsewhere, the Seiran council seem confused. Cagalli then blurts out, “why did Unato do that?” with an angry face. Dullindal is talking to all his generals, including Talia, and says Djbril can't escape. Then one of the officers, standing beside Dullindal, explains that ZAFT forces have already departed from Carpentaria and he wants Minerva to join forces. Talia seems shocked, but Dullindal asks Talia in a soft voice to accept that duty. Dullindal also worries about the massive drive that ORB has. He thinks that ORB may use the mass driver to help Djbril. He says that ORB is still an ally of Blue Cosmos. Dullindal then stands up from his seat and says that before the Junius Seven tragedy, ORB was not the enemy of ZAFT but because ORB has become the haven of Djbril then its act cannot be forgiven. In this segment Shinn in Destiny seems stressed.
In Onogoro, people in ORB wonder why the ORB government isn't saying anything. In the Archangel dock Murrue asks when AA will be ready and Murdock tell than maybe 2-3 days again. She seems worried about the coming war. In sick bay Neo is watching the battle in Heaven Base, while Athrun, in pain, tried to stand up. Meyrin comes, and she's worried about Athrun. Neo advises Athrun to sleep peacefully.In the AA hallway Cagalli is been called by Amagi about the situation, and she's angry but asks not to deploy forces yet. In the Seiran house, Djbril is talking with Unato in a very comfortable way. Djbril is bad-mouthing Dullindal, while Unato sweats listening to Djbril talk. He talks with full confidence that that if he releases Requiem everything will be finished. Unato listening with a worried face.
Then the AA bridge crew received information that ORB government will release news statement. In the news statement by Jona, he denies that Djbril is in ORB. Cagalli is shocked and Arthur, on Minerva bridge, is shown in shock while being scolded by Talia. Jona then continues to say bullshit, making Cagalli angrier. Dullindal, who was also listening, stood up from his desk and asked his officers to prepare to capture Lord Djbril from ORB.

In ORB sea, ZAFT forces are being launch to aim at the Seiran house. Milly tells AA bridge crew that ZAFT have started their movement. Cagalli asks about ORB movement, and being told that they are not to start anything yet, not even to take shelter, she is shocked. Two BABI are heading to the Seiran house, and Murrue asks Murdock to get AA ready for launch. But Murdock replies its impossible. In the Onogoro military base, all the military officers of ORB have been given a warning about a group of ZAFT MS but the government doesn't make a command yet. Then Jona came and complained, wondering why ZAFT attacked even though he already announced Djbril is not in ORB. One officer said thats because Jona lied, and asks why Jona did such a foolish action. Jona did not answer and commanded to move the military force to counter ZAFT. Then all of ORB's ships, Murasames, and Astrays began to move. In the AA bridge, Cagalli asks Amagi if Murasame forces can be launched, and Amagi said yes. Cagalli, surprised, says, "If so, then let's go!" She asks Murrue to lend her Sky Grasper. In ORB sea, a Murasame gets shot down by a GOUF Ignited. Back in the AA bridge Murrue doesn't agree with Cagalli's request, but Cagalli in the bridge exit door says that ORB will be destroyed again. Back in the battle scene, BABI shoots down two Murasames; ORB's defense is being bombarded. In the AA bridge Cagalli yelled that she can't wait any longer. She runs to the exit door and bumps into Kisaka and Erica.
Cagalli wants to go but Kisaka holds her. She yelled for him to release her, and Kisaka asked that she go with him. Cagalli declared she'd rather die in the battlefield than watch her country burn down. Kisaka, who seems touched, speaks in a more soft tone of voice to come with him, but Cagalli, unyielding, refused it, telling him to be quiet. Then Erica, in a soft, laughing voice, asked Cagalli to go with them to listen to her father's word. In Akatsuki deck, there is a pledge consisting of Uzumi word's. After Cagali read it suddenly the door opened. Then Erica revealed Uzumi's inheritance, and turned on the light. Then Akatsuki in its shining gold is shown. Cagalli gets blinded momentarily, and then hears Uzumi's voice. His words make Cagalli and Amagi break down. After Uzumi finishes, Kisaka tells her to pilot Akatsuki. Cagalli, having immediately stopped crying, agreed with a quick nod.
Then ORB-01 Akatsuki launched with new song by FictionJunction YUUKA (Door of Flame) being played in background. In the battle scene, ORB force is losing to ZAFT, which makes Jona worried. Jona is at a complete loss at what to do and if ORB loses, he threatens to blame all the military officers. Suddenly a GOUF is blown up, and ZAFT and ORB look up to see Akatsuki fly in ORB sky with a group of Murasame fighters alongside the Akatsuki backpack fighter; Kisaka is in it. Cagalli then goes to Onogoro military base while the rest is helping the ORB army. In Onogoro Akatsuki is identified as an unknown mobile suit accompanied by Murasames heading to Onogoro base. Cagalli then introduces herself, but suddenly Jona takes the microphone and, in a comical manner, practically dancing on his toes, expresses his joy that Cagalli came - "My honey, my goddess you have come for me!" All of ORB's military officers seem disgusted by Jona's actions. While shooting down 2-3 GOUFs (?), Cagalli asked in a sweet, placating voice if Jona would admit she is the real Cagalli. Jona answered of course three times enthusiastically. At that moment, Cagalli tells ORB officers to arrest Jona. Jona, shell-shocked, is in disbelief as one of the officers answered, "Consider it done" to Cagalli and punched Jona in the face. Five ORB officers follow in suit, taking Jona down. In the battle scene, ORB is slowly regaining an advantage. Akatsuki deflects positron beam from a couple or so BABI, thus destroying them. Cagalli gives order to ask Jona where Djbril is, and all of ORB force to support her. All of the ORB troops yell out Cagalli's name eagerly and concur. In ZAFT battleship, ZAFT officer doesn't seem delighted at how the battle is going on. Then Minerva came.
In Minerva pilot lounge, Luna, Shinn, and Rey talk about how Djibril hasn't been captured eyt, and Rey says he'll go out himself but Shin said that he will go, remembering his past with Cagalli. Rey tried to stop Shinn but Shinn says that if someone wants to shoot ORB he is the man, while remembering his sister and Stellar. Destiny then launched from Minerva. Talia is surprised, and Rey tried to explain, and asked that Talia to understand. Talia looks disapproving. In the battlefield, Destiny shoots down two Murasame. Cagalli was told a strong enemy was coming. Cagalli sees Destiny and she remembers how Destiny struck down Destroy's head. Angrily determined, Cagalli shoots at Shinn. Shinn looks equally as angrily determined. Episode ends up with Athrun looking scared.
My thoughts: YAY <3333333 The old fighting spirit in Cagalli's back!! I couldn't help but laugh when Cagalli was telling Kisaka to shut up, because she's just bossy like that and I missed that side of her. Of course, I'm glad she's more mature and calm now in Destiny, but seeing her like that made me want to jump up and down in joy. And even though she cried in this episode, it was only cause she heard her father's voice for the first time in a long while, so I can excuse it. And wow, she was commanding everyone in the battlefield with such a determined face and tough voice. Ah, this is the Cagalli I fell in love with!!!!
AND ROTFLMAO she was so funny when her voice was so stickly sweet asking if Jona would admit she's the real Cagalli and give her control. Jona said yes yes so enthusiastically and in such a comic manner!! He was like, dancing on his toes!! And then Cagalli went and told the officers to arrest Jona XDDD She soooooooooo played Jona!!! That's my girl!!! <333 And haha, all the ORB officers were ganging up on Jona and beating him up!! Although, I must admit, I thought it was bit ridiculous. After Cagalli gave her orders to arrest Jona, the officer goes and PUNCHES Jona straight in the face. LOL! It was so stupid to see grown men launch themselves like that on a poor unsuspecting idiot. Oh, but Cagalli took out a couple or more ZAFT grunts!!! YEAH!!!!
