So the boss quit work. I'm in charge and I do get paid a little more but it was everything I thought it would be - boredom, headaches and irritations

A good scene idea there, but it shares a wee bit in common with the opening scene in The Matrix (Trinity vs Cops).

I feel really bad about all those Dan Brown books as I just can't be excited at all about the guys work. I've read the blurbs for his books and the ideas just make me shrug and go "meh".

First thing that I thought of when I came up with it was - have I seen this somewhere before? And yes, Matrix did come to mind but mine isn't all gravity defying uber fighter. More kinda of portrayed initial innocence as in The Long Kiss Goodnight - thats also on the list of 'Oh, fuck have I nicked this from somewhere!'

Dan Brown - thats a big ditto from me.
