I needed a kick up the bum anyway. More active media job search. I'm getting interviews but I know I could do more.

You gonna do anything about it being constructive dismissal or just going to leave it now?
So, your manager was the one you had to appeal to? How the hell is that supposed to work if he's the bastard that wanted to fire you in the first place!
Anyway, I really hope your interview went well, fingers very much crossed in retrospect.
