20 Years Ago-  1987. I was 12 years old and my parents had been separated since July 3rd.  This was a time of confusion, sadness, and anger for me.  My mom, sister, and I were preparing to move 800 miles from Georgia to Texas because my father decided he just didn't want to be married anymore.
