As always, I'm late in the game, but I somehow stumbled up on Tumblr for the first time the other day. I was looking for some sweet Lucas x Skye action (and I hate twitter, for real). Obviously realizing it was a nesting place for rabid ADHD fangirls, I figured I should try it out, it looked it like fun.

Why can't people stay in one place for long? Is it a human deficiency or something? *ponders this*

I can't deal with following people to new applications and blogs and stuff. There are too many options and there is only so far I can spread myself (without feeling like a wanton whore and omg I totally made that dirty and that's just so wrong on so many levels...!)

And as for Twitter, I found it annoying and pointless at its inception and my initial discovery of it. My opinion as hot changed since, hence the next-to-no use of it on my part. Rarely, very rarely.

In any case, enjoy your love of fannish things and the new stomping ground. Just don't disappear on us over here, y'hear? M'kay then.

I suppose I'm just following the crowd. Between LJ downtime and the graveyard-like silence, people go to places where they find other likeminded people. Also I think the younger generation has short attention spans, so long-winded rants in LJ don't really grab them.

Of course I'll still be here, but I figure I might post the more annoying obsessive fangirl rants over there, because there's an audience, you know? ;)

Hmmm, I meant that tumblr looks occasionally a little bit too flashy for me and seems to populated by teens most of all. Judging by posts that is.

I've had an account there for a long time but I never got anything done with it, too busy. But you're right, LJ seems DEAD these days so I might do the same.
