12. Now see, that's where I have to differ. I'd have really *liked* it if someone had told me the last time I set light to my stomach before I realised. I used to really like that lacy top that has a big hole in it now. (Well, before I lost it. Actually, okay, maybe it would be worse if I'd lost it and it was all perfect and nice than having lost it knowing it has a big hole burnt in it...)

Well I can see the logic there, but considering I was running around in circles at the time flapping my arms and shouting 'Fire!, I'm on fire!, fire!'. I felt the (rather sweetly English) statement of 'Um, excuse me, you appear to be on fire' to be rather a little superfluous really.

Yeah, I've got to differ on 11. LJ stalking is *way* fun. 6 degrees of LJ is always good for a bit of catch up on people you barely know.

I dunno, I tend to work on the principle that if I'm interested in someone enough to read their lj I might as well add 'em, even if I don't know them particularly well. Folk don't tend to object to that sort of thing and it saves effort on my part.

#2 - totally agree. My dad's bird seriously loves meeting new people and chatting to them, it's one of her favourite things in the world. Sick. I think 80% of other people are amongst Life's biggest disappointments and I would not go that far out my way to depress myself voluntarily.

Spain rocks. Mmmmmm fizzy wine, lots of it and sunniness. Mmmm.
Meeting people is also good. They're just friends you haven't met :-D
