So... I'm back at school. First thing I do is dump my stuff and get on my computer. Sophos Anti-virus tells me there's something wrong with it, so I reinstall the software and run it, and BOOM... over 300 viruses on my computer. Did I leave it on over spring break? Shouldn't your anti-virus program be able to delete them, or at least quarantine them? XD I'd also run Ad-Aware -- if you don't have it, the website is http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ -- Alpha's quick fix is running Ad-Aware and anti-virus software. =)

Get Spybot and run that. That combined with ad-aware usually catches most stuff. (Make sure they're both up to date.)
Oh, and does your virus scanner have any quarantine function? Even if it doesn't delete the virus, at least making them useless would be good.
Beyond that, they need to be removed manually, one by one. Fun, eh? Find me on aim some day if you need help with that. XD
