VoiceCD
VoiceCD is a newly-popular topic amongst /a/ and /c/ regarding three CDs (Oniichan, Oshikari, and Kokuhaku) which feature voice actresses voicing or saying various fetish-related things (The word "Oniichan", verbal abuse, and love confessions, respectively). These have generated huge threads even on /b/, making fun of the general loser-ness of these CDs, as well as the "weird feelings" they generate in lonely loser /a/ posters. In all reality these are wonderful CDs that OH GOD I AM SO ALONE.
voiceCD is a company that makes a series of Voice Actor CDs, entitled Oniichan, Oshikari, and Kokuhaku. These CDs are recorded by a variety of voice artists from various Anime, each touting a specific theme aimed at Anime fans (and obviously, very lonely ones). These are quite often posted/requested on /a/ and /c/, to the point of making huge threads discussing them. In general, it is accepted that these are incredibly geeky, but intriguing (especially in the case of Kokuhaku), and while most /a/tards admit listening to and liking them, they make fun of the fact that these are geekier than masturbating to Star Trek porn.
The CDs
Oniichan
Oniichan, the first CD to be posted on 4chan's /a/, is a CD which features nothing but the word "Oniichan"- a CD literally filled with different voice actors saying "Oniichan" (elder brother) in different ways. This was mainly popular on /a/ because of it's ridiculousness, but also made a fanbase who jokingly claimed they listened to the CD while browsing /c/ "sister threads". The CD has 12 tracks of the "Oniichan" lines (each with a different voice actress) and a final 13th track featuring all of the girls at the same time, leaving some to call it "Unlimited Oniichan Works".
Oshikari
The second CD to be posted on 4chan's /a/ was Oshikari, or "Verbal Abuse" (loosely translated)- known to the majority of 4chan as "Tsundere". In this CD, various girls are recorded yelling and complaining, saying things as "Why did you do that?" and "Stupid stupid stupid stupid!!!". This was yet another hilariously stupid CD to be made fun of, primarily because it was obviously aimed at lonely (and some people commented, masochistic) anime geeks. The CD is mainly done by young-sounding girls (especially Track 1 (Shizuka Itoh), which is incredibly abrasive), yet ending with Track 12 (Kiyomi Tsubaki), which is more refined yet cruel (referring to a kind of Teacher-Student relationship).
Kokuhaku
The most mindfucking of all of the CDs, the third CD, Kokuhaku (Confessions), is a CD filled with various specific "characters" (mainly stereotypes from dating games) confessing their love to you. Each character has their own little way of talking to you, but they all follow a singular script, progressing from "I like you. I really love you. Do you have a girlfriend?" to more specific things for each character (for example, "You really love your teacher?"). This is seen as the most awesome yet simultaneously depressing CD made, as many people on /a/ admitted to actually feeling quite lonely and loveless after hearing these confessions. It is also generally made fun of for Track 10 "Catherine", which is a poorly done "Japanese-American" sounding woman, which grates at the microphone like fingernails on a chalk board. The final track labeled "suki suki" is considered a victory theme/song. With all these girls proclaiming their love for you, this song is necessary.
