One day when I was on a walk with this boy:
he showed me to what is now my favorite spot in my town. The Cliff!
I don't know if you can tell very well from this picture, but it is a good ways to the bottom. I was so amazed when I looked over the edge because I had no idea where we were going to. After looking over the edge for a little we made our way down. Getting down was really nerve-wracking (especially since I'm clumsy) I was worried as we descended down the extremely steep slope, at more of a crawl than anything. I grabbed on to roots of trees, vines and rocks, whatever I kind find to keep me from sliding down, really. Half way down there was an opening in the barrier of trees and boulders, terrified of falling I scuttled past. And right when I was at the end I stood up and walked down the slope only to trip over a branch and land on the railroad tracks.
It was nice just walking down the railroad tracks talking in a new place.
And we discovered some amazing fossils! Haha.
And attempting to climb up.
