It's still raining. I've been on Koh-Phangan for a week and there have been about 5 hours of sun the entire time. Not just drizzle either...full on rain to the point where the streets are flooding and some of the roads have washed out. This sucks.

I love rain so much (and you know how little of it we get here) that that sounds awesome, but I can see how it would hugely annoy you, having had sun-kissed beaches in mind. I hope you get to have some sun before you need to leave. What do you do all day in a foreign place beset by torrential downpours?

The only thing you can do in a place that's set up for sun and backpackers and has very little of both right now. Drink!
