I've read for years that visualization really does help, which is kind of awesome. A friend of mine used to visualize the old Asteroids arcade game blasting her tumors and cancer cells -- even the pew-pew-pew noises. :D

Which zoo, Brookfield or Lincoln Park? If you go to the one with the naked mole rats, the're pretty cool.
