nola was great. the kids got to spend time with rory, ronan & riley, which makes my heart happy. the parades were fun, the throws were abundant, the food was reliably wonderful, and the city is still there and still loved. i have promised myself that i won't stay away for so long, and will make every effort to take the kids back annually for mardi

I'm so happy to read that you are starting to feel better, and that you are taking more time to spend with other people that doesn't involve work, school etc.
I can't wait to be out there, I feel like I'm suffocating here and it's just time for a change.
I'd be happy to have a movie night or dinner or anything once we're out there and settled.
