This is uterine lining.
Nothing really to worry about. Take a look at these. They look pretty similar.

it looks like a partial uterine cast to me. that's when you get a large chunk of endometrial lining that comes out all at once rather than breaking up and coming out as a normal menses.

they can be smaller casts like your photo, or even ones where the WHOLE thing comes out at once and looks like a model of the inside of the uterus! generally painful as they pass through the cervix, but rather fascinating all in all.

Yep, I agree with the others. Looks very much like a bit of uterine lining. It's not uncommon and it's nothing to worry about, but it sure can scare you if you've never seen it before.

Looks like uterine lining to me too, if you look back through the uterine-lining tag you'll see a lot of NSFW pics of different sorts of uterine lining. Nothing to worry about!
