Seriously! I barely knew her... we went to high school together. We never really talked much, just had friends of friends, so, you know, it wasn't a real loss. She was always nice to me, so I added her when she sent a friend request.

LOL. I'd say they did you favor by defriending you. I'm sure reading their daily status updates couldn't have been good for your health.

"I stay home with my babies and cook for my husband, and I'm normal, and EVERYONE should be like me because I'm special and wonderful! And I WILL BROOK NO DISAGREEMENT!!!" ~ Anna

Man, the fact that she's even able to be posting shit like that on facebook means she's a feminist. Feminism is about choice. It's about not being forced, as a woman, into one specific role or another. Any woman who believes she has the right to do what she wants with her life is a feminist. And any woman who thinks otherwise is kidding herself - maybe she'd like to go back to being the property of her husband or father? Not getting to choose when she reproduces? Sigh.

In short, I agree with Jess!!! :D You're probably better off defriended. No need to have morons raising your blood pressure every day.

OMG you have no idea how hard you hit the nail on the head with that first part!! She's my age, already married and had a baby, and just stays at home doing good little wifey things. And I agree with everything else you said. You'd probably get a kick out of her response, which I just posted.

Yeah, I really don't know why I accept requests from people I wasn't really friends with in high school. For shits and giggles like this I guess?
