I know what I want of my future, and as long as I'm in Chicago that won't manifest.
Austin is the best bet because it's a fairly recession-proof city, I can get in-state tuition, and it's warm enough weather that if I'm feeling stressed I can just go sit outside almost year round.
The issue is Chicago is home now, and I don't want to leave it even if it's a good choice.
My in-laws live in Temple, TX and yeah, they had said that Texas as a whole is doing better than most of the country from an economic standpoint. I guess you're thinking that there is better job possibilities down there.
