A year! Wow, that line totally reminded me of what an amazing job you did putting the reader in Bones' head. It felt like we were in the Mirror!Verse forever but really had no idea how long and then, wham, a whole year, like a fist to the gut. So well done.

I'm so hooked on this story and intrigued to see where this goes, what with Bones turning to physical stimuli to relieve the mental pain and I'm wondering about Spock's last resort, though I'll wonder quietly for now.

Can't wait for more!

A year!!! Oh, Bones. I can't believe he survived for so long. My heart breaks for him. No wonder he can't believe he's home!

Yeah, it's a bit hard for him to get used to that. Also, Mirror!Spock isn't helping.

So glad to find this update. Been patiently (Cough, cough) waiting for this. Happy that Bones is home, Sad that he is in such a bad mental and physical state, Hopeful that he can recover and Curious about what Spock might have to suggest doing to rectify the situation. Adding to my favorites.

I'm glad you like Burke. She's just a side character necessary for the plot, but I wasn't trying to actively make her look like a bitch.

Uhura is always nice to write about. I generally need more Uhura in my stories!
