Could I have the cheapest quote (Surface Mail), including fees, for the Ash & Misty figures and the Bulbasaur BK 'Card' to the United Kingdom please?
One question, if I don't want the Bulbasaur do I have to pay a handling fee?

The handling fee's mostly there so that I'm not spending $3~$4 on packing supplies for a $2~$3 sale. Since you're the first person in a while who even looked at the rules page, though, I'm totally willing to drop it.

Just before I decide, I'm curious as to what the condition of Ash & Misty are and what their heights are in cm (strange, I know). It's because I'm trying to collect figures which are in scale with each other, so I can take some cool photos and Ash & Misty would be awesome additions.

They're definitely not in great condition; like the photo shows, there's a good deal of scuffing, and the colour's started to wear off of Ash's hat and pokeball.
I don't have a ruler on hand, but Cheren's 4cm tall if that helps any

Honestly, I have no idea. I see it ranging from $9 to $30 on ebay right now, but knowing that's the overpriced side of the internet, it's probably not too accurate.
Maybe somewhere from $5 to $10?
