Kyuhyun/Sungmin
They twist and twirl in an unknown melody only visible to them as screams and laughter erupted from the spacious living room outside. It was an advantage that they were room mates because they could easily choose their own room and lock it without even bothering about the others.
Their hands lay comfortably against each other as they both drown into their own oblivion and as they swayed through the moonlit room - and their hearts were the loudest beating noise for their ears - they both laughed together at the idiocy and sheer impossibility of such moment.
“Happy birthday, Kyuhyunnie.”
The voice of his companion - lover, band mate, best friend - sounded so sweet and fragile as it cut through to the room’s silence. Kyuhyun smiled because he felt bliss coursing through his veins as his heart beat thumped a notch louder and if it was even possible, he would have said it did summersaults.
Sungmin transferred his hands from Kyuhyun's hand and shoulder to the taller male’s neck and hugged him close to him - their swaying didn’t even faltered as they tried to fix their hand movements - and Kyuhyun’s smile grew wider as he felt that even if it was only him and Sungmin at this moment, he was still happy and he will always be happy with it.
“I love you, bunny.”
Sungmin picked his head up from burying it in Kyuhyun's chest and he smiled - the smile that he never used often because it was a smile reserved for Kyuhyun and Kyuhyun alone. He then tiptoed and placed a chaste kiss on the other’s lips and from that moment on, Kyuhyun would always thank God for birthdays and kisses.
