WELL... Explorer and Swordsman, which go to then be Voyager and Crusader, are by far the strongest classes for their Damage and Quickness. Hunters you then become a Sharpshooter and shoot from long ranges LIKE YAZOO. Herbalist to then become Cleric or Seal Master is just for chicks. :[ Champion is also a result from Swordsman but only biggass dude characters can take that class. Same for Seal Masters, only the little girl characters. :[

SO IN THE END, you decide. Either way, all classes have pros and cons.
