My dad disconnected my internet for a few days cuz well I dunno.. I 4got why.

Yesturday I went to the beach with the cross country girls @ 7:30 a.m. It was hard! We had to run from the lifegarud tower 27-16 and back...the other girls (the faster ones) had to run from tower 27-8 and back thats like 8miles. It was only my 3rd practice with them, so
