The police fired at protesters in Batumi
About two thousand protesters rushed at Adjara TV building. Quoting Georgian mass media Interfax reports, the police in the building opened fire at the oppositionists and made them draw back.
There is no more details yet. Earlier Georgia On-line reported People's Assembly gathered its supporters on the Era square in Batumi.

Georgian authorities' pressure on activists
The representatives of the People's Assembly accuse the authorities of cruel treatment with activists of the party.
One of the activists Beso Danelia was severely beaten in the presence of his pregnant wife and mother, the movement's leader Nino Burjanadze told media.
