Hi, not all polishes hav the plastic seal. Some comes with it some dont. HTHs

Shippin per unit: 2.47
Total: $2.47 x 4= $9.88
Additional shpping= $9.88- $9= $0.88
Postage : $1.50

Amt to top up: $1.50 + $0.88= $2.38

The breakdown is reflected in the excel.
