Yet another post (yay) with a really important question about my hair....

I just really really really don't know anymore. My hair is falling out, I'm not supposed to have any 'freaky' hair at work, I've been trying to grow my hair, and I've been bleached blonde for almost a year now... I've posted a poll before about this, which told me to keep it bleached, which was cool, I did that, but that was before it started

On a scale from 1 to 10 how terrible would it be for me to have my natural hair color again (1 being bad, bad, bad and 10 being really cute)

It's still blonde, kind of medium blonde, just not so white....

leave your hair alone.... go to the store and get a good deep conditioner for moisture, and then get another for high protien, use the moist one every other day and the protien one twice a week for a bout ten minutes.. it will be i fixed i promise.. oh and dont buy cheap shit , go to a salon...

I am doing all the deep conditioning and I always go to salons... I swear, it's my scalp being pissed off about the bleaching... really... Plus, I'm tired of the same hair all the time... I need a solution and I can't just leave it like this, I have massive roots, which I'm gonna get talked to about at work, I'm sure... So something needs to be done, I can't wait til December unfortunately... so please... more tips!
