alright, don't get your hopes up. was nothing serious..
Last Thursday i had footy training, and we (the U18's) ended up training with the Seniors.
in total, we did 275 push-ups and 275 crunchies (or sit-ups). at the time i felt a bit dead, naturally. but i didn't think anything of it..i was more concerned with my left ankle which was clicking
