Haunted Mansion on t.v. 2-nite.
...the story of the gnats that are driving
me NUTS !
22 - In the morning I walked thru Banff's paddock past a dry
duck pond. Got an icecream bucket full of mulberries off the roof-
hanging branches. Had 2 get 'up a ladder' though. Had 2 push myself.
The fear of heights NEARLY gothe better of me !
Richie's newoman Carol emerged from jetlagged sleep.
4 Inches of rain at night.
Altercation Irish voices 3.00 in the morning.
23 - smashed glass bottle and bottlestrewn over grass. Legacy of the alter-
cation outside the wall.
Saw the flash-flooding evidence in Banff's Lane. A water-filleduck pond, and
Namarrgon'smile-stone across from the pondeposited there by the force of the water.
Ad hoc BBQ at our place. Only Richie, Carol, Storm,
Alby and new tenant Ron Fairbank turned up. Still, a nicevening.
I slipped in puddle in shop but didn't fall.
24 - hip, back, neck sore.
25 - pain mostly left back neck, back head.
26 - ad hoc T at Dawn's place. I had 2 take the dessert home. Just couldn't eat any MORE !
27 - Ted Privett and Kevin Butler in shop, seperately.
Fullest moon rise.
28 - Fullest moon-set in the morning on Willy's Anniversary.
I remarked on big mark on Al'shirt.
29 - this is the 3rday Aldipal wears the yellow paisley shirt withe mark on it.
He won't change his clothes.
30 - "Sunny risearly in the morning, spreading the light all around".
Caught, well, found, a speckled feather, downy feather, on my walk on
Banff Lane as I thought out loud:
"Miss U Gordie ... !"
Lateron in the day, Rosemary phoned and said nobody had told her Gordon had passed
away, and she wanted 2 knowhere he is buried. I tried 2 x-plain it. I vaguely
remember her.
....And yes, Aldipal is wearing that shirt again...
And ALL this week I was beset by the tiniest gnats that didn't even
respond 2 tropical strength aerogard.
(sad 2 say, I have had 2 resort 2 using a mosquito coil in the office, to clear
the 'more gnats than air' air... I simply put it in there, closed the door 4 a 5
minute break, then took the coil out, opened the door and stayed out 4 another 5.
It's bearable now.... though I HATE the smell.)
