I just got a promotion to Office manager (of me, since I'm the only one here) , but the title will help dealing with idiots on the phone AND I got a raise to boot. Not sure how much yet, but WOW! Cool Beans!! Raise takes effect July 1 because of the accountant crap, but that's still cool!!

Last raise was about 6 years ago. Very excited. I hoep it's more than a $1. I mean I'm now the Office Manager for jimenycricket's sake!! LOL

Yeah - I do take a lot from both him and the clients. No cake today, but I went to tea this afternoon and had a great time.

Ain't it great...they used to call me the Administrative Assistant..and i did exactly what my job descriptions said..exactly...

It has been a great day! I thought I was going to be fired the way Dr was hemming and hawing after taking me in the office. I was a bit scared with the "What the hell did I do know now" thought. But I guess, I did good. NOw I have to figure out what I did and keep doing it.
