Amendments like #2 in your state have kept me an emotional wreck all day. While many people are screaming in joy for Obama, I can't help but feel let down. One minority progresses, while the another's rights are locked away by law. I hate it.

It suck's cause because it was writen so that people thought they were voting agenst it, but they voted yes. I voted no. I think it was the only one I acutually read up on and understood. It also takes away the right of straight couples as well. At disney they have insurance that covers same sex and unmarried single couples. Also, if I were sick and in the hospital I could not see my boyfriend if I had one, if his family wanted to be asses and tell them I am not family and should not be in the room while he was dying. I also feel bad for my brother. Who I feel should have the right as a minority to have the same kind of life I have if he find the right guy for him. But the one thing that angers me the most is he is not a minority he is a american, a human just like me and you and this is what pisses me off. We need to stop. This crosses the line between chruch and state and it should have never been an issue to have been voted on in the first place. I agree also. About us jumping over one hurdle and staying closed minded
