Not sure if its a bug, but with the Harlequin's Horn we now can flee.

Unfortunately it is. There's an announcement on the POL site that it's going to be "adjusted":

- An issue where singing Raptor Mazurka or Chocobo Mazurka with Harlequin's Horn, Gjallarhorn or Millennium Horn equipped would result in improper effect.

So far, I think the initial excitement of everyone seems to have really worn off.

The new HNM's seem to be disappointing so far, Hydra it seems most people are just going "meh", especially considering what people think are his drops (the crappy Hydra SAM/DRG set). I mean, he "might" drop other stuff, but at this point I severely doubt. We'll just have to wait and see, I don't believe he's popped yet on Ragnarok.

New merits are a mixed bag. There's a lot of bad wording in their translations, so things really aren't as uber as people had hoped. It's not CRAPPY, but I think people expected just a tiny bit more after waiting for so long. Meritting is going to be insane, I really am not looking forward to partying in ToAU zones, but sadly, noone goes anywhere else. >_>

Btw:

Mazuraka - Thank you SE for making the high level version meaningfull. They just announced that it's a bug and they're patching it. Well, the wording says that it's giving the wrong "effect", but I'm 99% sure that it's a bug and S/E is going to patch/fix it ( ... )

I don't mind that they fix it.. but I just hope Chocobo is better than Raptor. That is all..

Really looks like Thf got the major boosts, and not just in meritable abilities. The dagger damage upgrades are pretty sick.

Rdm got some love, but its limited. Phalanx II is party members only, not self target. While thats nice and i'm sure Pld's everywhere are drooling, it makes it less likely for me to get it. I'm more likely to merit Paralyze II all the way. And with Dia III and Bio III only lasting 30s, you have to extra merit them to make it worthwhile for the MP expended.

Seems Pld got the short end, at least thats what i'm hearing from my Pld buddy. Almost like other jobs got more abilities beneficial to Pld than they got themselves.

Chivalry is badass though.

quote from a PLD on BG:

Hrotti
300% TP
MP 9/383
Chivalry recovered 374 mp. (full refill)

Hrotti
300% TP
MP9/481
Chivalry recovered 420 mp.

Tutelary
300% TP
MP4/506
Chivalry recovered 420 mp.

So if this is the case, does it mean you just won't have to rest in XP anymore? AKA a more suitable tank to parties that want to get high chains? My Pld buddy thinks this is a joke still, and its not like he doesn't do his research.

Talked to him a bit more, its because he's a Galka and only runs 150 mp, so this is essentially useless to him. Only time it would help is if he had a bad bard or rdm

Hey OD, I've been bugging our LS Ninjas a lot to go exp with me in sea, so if you're ever up for it let me know. I've been there a few times and can honestly say it's the only area that isn't overcrowded. Clirran/Drm and myself pulled in about 7K an hour duoing on Om'Phaubos. The addition of getting organs/tissues makes the deal even nicer.
