the good, the bad, and the ugly
The good-
I have obtained my second goal in weight loss and it was a big one. I am now once more under 200 pounds. Go me. Need to start doing more excerise to tone up a bit though and having trouble finding the best time to do that in.
The bad-

A month
Been a month since I wrote but Christmas gets crazy around here. The kids got sick again and had to deal with that. HAve been on precriptions myself, several in fact, tring to clear up whatever had a hold on me. Mike is still sick even now. Plus mom moving, both relitivly healthy grandmothers (mine and Mike's, not the kids) finding out they have ( Read more... ) -

My week
Well I have the week off to be honest. Thursday and friday because of the hoiday but the rest because the kids have half days and by the time I got going at work... I'd have to turn around and come right back home to met the bus. The oldest son is not about to control the youngest son for half and hour let alone half a day ( Read more... ) -
Interesting
Well I have learned something. I finally had enough of being sick all the time and went to the doctors on tuesday. They gave me drugs! Antibiotics I think of some kind. They offered me cough syrup with codine but that would flatten me to tell the truth. However.... the drug I am on has a very interesting side effect. It make my head feel too small ( Read more... ) -
Okay.. enough is enough.
I am offically tired of being sick. It's been like a month and a half, two maybe and every stinking time I think I am getting better? Boom! I get worse again. Currently I am hacking my head off so much that my throat is sore, voice is grabbled if working at all, and my chest aches all the time. I have a doctor's appointment for tomorrow ( Read more... ) -
What I need
Is some sanity? Not to be sick anymore? No really what I am finding that I f ound that would come in completely helpful right now is a roll of paper. That I could roll out and use to modify patterns and such with. I have some reat patterns that I could make some wonderful cosplay cpstumes with but I need to change them in some way to make them what ( Read more... ) -
Weekend adventures
So Katherine and I went to the Anime convention yesterday. The first either of us ever had been to as well. We ended up taking her friend Jenna down with us who had gone last year as well. While waiting in line we ran into Jenna's friend and so we became a quartet.

So I'm a day late... better late then never.
I got all my costumes made in time! Woo Hoo!! Granted I was working right up till about 4:15 on the 31st but so what? They got done and that is all that matters. Home yet again
Yes, home again. Collin woke up with a rash this morning. Where did this rash come from? No idea but it is all over his face, neck, and torso. If I tried to send him to school, they woud send him right back home thinking he had something contagious. So I didn't even try, plus he is all itchy.
