I think she's learning. Though neither of us can get in the trash as the girl keeps it behind a door I can't open.

Oh Kitty, she's a gorgeous dog. You don't HAVE to stick to the rules of dogs/cats hating each other. Honest. I have FOUR cats and THREE dogs, and for the most part they get along ok, sometimes even LIKE each other! The girl and daddy took you in when you needed a home. Now this doggy seems to need a home. Be nice! ;)

No but now I get to watch the girl take the dog outside and I don't get to go. That is NOT fair! I was here first. That should be my yard. It's my peoples and my house.

It's still your house and your pet people. The dog has to go outside because dogs aren't civilized like cats. And your girl and Master probably don't want you to go outside because they're afraid you'll get out and they'll lose you. And they don't want to lose you.

Besides, by allowing the dog to stay, you're just showing how generous you are.
