What a clever video! Inspiration strikes you well. That was a lovely montage of H/Hr scenes, well chosen to fit the lyrics perfectly. Great job! Thanks for sharing. H♥Hr
Brilliant!! Is this the same mob that play "Short Skirt Long Jacket"? 'Cause to my uneducated ears the song/music here seemed to be of the same type/composition/whatever-the-word-should-be, down to the trumpet. So many H/Hr videos seem to have full-on romantic/slow/fluffy songs (that seem to rebel against my testosterone) it's a real pleasure to come across videos like this and SSLJ. H/Hr can be happy and fun too

Yes, this is indeed the same band that plays SSLJ. The band is called Cake, by the way, and they have lots of other great songs. I like "Love you Madly" by them.
I also enjoy cathcy/fast/funny songs for HHR. While HHR has great potential for angst, I really think the best thing about HHR in the movies is the chemistry between the actors, so I try and capitalize on that.
The idea for the answering machine hit me, and I could just imagine Ron calling Hermione all the time, never getting her, because she is always busy with Harry. I also thought that the idea matched the song well, what with the dial tone at the beginning, the "phone-ish" sounding instrumentals, and so forth. So, I called my friend, and was like, "hey, I'm going to call you back in a second, and it would be cool if you could not answer so I can record your voicemail message."
Anyways, I will be uploading the video to megaupload tonight, so check in the "all my videos" post tomorrow, and it should be there!
Thanks for your feedback, it is nice to know what people
LMAO! That pretty much sums it all up, doesn't it? Love the summary, by the way..."she is currently saving the life of/shagging/devoting all her energy to Harry". Ha! Ha!
