Last night was such a fun night.. the bar was packed and we got to sing Holly, Jason, Cruz and i forget the other person name happy birthday.. Alex and I got there kind of late since he and I went over to my parents house so that he could well.. in a sense.. be known.. which i was deathly afraid of cuz my father is well.. sort of a neo-maxy-zoom-

Glad things went well with Alex and the 'rents. Frankly, m'dear, he's by far the best guy I've seen you attached to, so I have high hopes for ya there. :-)

It's also nice to know why he was in that outfit. It took me a little bit to recognize him when he came up to the booth...

Otherwise, you certainly got the short end of the stick in mics last night. I believe you had one die when a battery went out about half an hour before it should have, and then somehow the mic's mute switch went on in the middle of your song - and I do mean the switch on the bottom of the mic. I have no idea how that one happened.

But still, one hell of a fun night.

Oh, and the other birthday boy was Rick (rickshaw). He was a regular before he moved up to the City. Extremely nice guy.
